F.A.S.C Registration and Enrollment:

1. Submit a completed and signed Enrollment Application form.

2. Submit the Health History and Medication Authorization form by June 1.

3. Submit any applicable support forms such as Academics or Recreation Club.

The deposit is refundable until April 1, less a $100 processing fee. There are no refunds for absences, changes or withdrawals after April 1. Regretfully, we cannot allow makeup days for absences.

All grouping requests and changes in programs or activities must be made in writing.

Admission to certain activities is limited due to the needs of the program. To maintain a select enrollment, Friends Academy reserves the right to dismiss any camper at its discretion. In the event of such a decision, refunds of tuition will be made on a pro-rata basis.
