Quarterback, Receivers and Runningbacks

The L.I. Passing School provides professional passing and receiving instruction by
experienced coaches. This mini-camp utilizes 2 outdoor football fields and a large indoor
facility located on our 65 acre campus.
Techniques and Skills
Quarterbacks will focus on stance, footwork, ball handling and proper throwing mechanics. Instruction will cover the 2,3 and 5 step drop along with Sprint out, Bootleg and Shotgun passing. Players will learn to recognize and throw against MAN, II, and III coverages. Huddle command, 2 minute awareness and the Scramble will be discussed.
Running backs/Receivers will work on stance and starts, blocking techniques and pass routes. Players will focus on recognizing and reacting to coverages, beating the press landmarks and timing, and reaction to the Quarterback scramble.

Cleats and sneakers. QBs are encouraged to bring their own ball.
All-Sport Clinics are affiliated with Friends Academy Summer Camps and is held on the FA Campus which has both indoor and outdoor field use.
